Venue Rental

Our exquisite gothic-style chapel, constructed in 1949 with stone from the Stump House Tunnel, offers couples a picturesque venue for exchanging vows. The chapel boasts intricate stonework and hand painted stained glass, which allows natural light to illuminate the main hall through the archways. Gibson Chapel offers a seating capacity of 130 guests, and is conveniently located just a few steps away from the Ann Brown Banquet Hall.

Starlight Lawn derives its name from the Starlight posts originally installed in the 1930’s, and refurbished in 2010. This charming outdoor space is particularly stunning during the springtime, with wisteria blooms exuding a beautiful shade of purple.
Located adjacent to the Reception Hall, this outdoor space accommodates up to 100 guests. Unique touches to your ceremony background are the original stone steps from the school’s initial dining hall, along with the 1930s Ohio Bell and water tower. It’s an ideal match for Boho or Sweetheart Decor themes.

Easily seating up to 100 guests, the Activity Center Banquet Hall is an excellent option for couples whose ceremony is held on the Starlight Lawn or at the Gazebo. This large hall provides space for your dance floor, gift table, cake table and reception dinner.
Access to the kitchen in the Activity Center makes for easy delivery and presentation from your caterers, and can be booked with the Activity Center Game Room, which is right downstairs!

South Carolina Cottage is also included in every wedding package for your bride and bridesmaids to get ready for the big day. Featuring a den with dining area, parlor room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this cottage makes getting ready easy and stress-free, just steps away from your ceremony venue.
From its front porch to its antique accents, the bride will have unique photo opportunities awaiting her and her bridesmaids!

Have folks coming in from out of town? Peace Cottage offers three floors of entertainment and overnight accommodations for you and your guests. Featuring a game room on the lower floor, a fully equipped kitchen plus sleeping space for 16, this is the perfect weekend getaway for you and your family at your wedding venue.
The space also offers a dining room, two ground level bedrooms with private bathrooms, and dormitory sleeping and bathrooms on the third level.

For those looking for a place to stay close to the wedding, Jasmine Cottage is the perfect option. Built in 1951, this cottage has been upgraded with modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, an entertainment room with a TV, a sitting room, and a laundry room located in the hallway.
